Reinaldo Caravellas (MBA ’19) radiates positivity. Originally hailing from Brazil, he came to UNC with the hope of landing a role as a consultant, and now, as I speak to him between meetings in his role at McKinsey, he has the unmistakable air of someone who loves what they do.
